Introducing our special guest speaker...
Janice Chow 鄒希妍, MS, RD (she/her/她/佢)
Janice is a Registered Dietitian based in San Francisco, CA. She helps Asians and Pacific Islanders to break their cultural obsession of body ideals with refocusing on their true mind-body health. She has 12 years of expertise in managing chronic conditions such as eating disorders, disordered eating, diabetes, heart disease and gut disorders, for a racial and body-size diverse population. Her approach is informed by various principles including Health At Every Size ®, Intuitive Eating ® and Trauma-Informed Care.
