is in Toronto. His self-mastery journey began at seven with Kung Fu, ignited by Bruce Lee. This early passion for martial arts, coupled with a desire to master physical prowess and healing power, led Andrzej to become a black belt instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition student.

However, Andrzej’s journey was not without its challenges. He battled alcoholism, experiencing a conflict between his aspirations and his reality. This struggle brought him to the brink of insanity but ultimately became a source of profound gratitude and wisdom. Leading a life of sobriety has given Andrzej invaluable insights and the strength to help others navigate their own journeys of healing and transformation.  Since he became a holistic wellness coach and Qi Gong instructor possesses a diverse skill set to guide individuals toward holistic well-being. He brings his expertise to the corporate world and is Head of Corporate Wellness for IMA Consulting.

Jason spent many of his childhood days captivated by the world of martial arts, absorbing their many forms through Inside Kung Fu magazines he bought with his pocket money. What began as youthful intrigue has since evolved into passionate purpose. Today, Jason is a Qigong Level 4 Remote Fa Chi® energy healer, devoted to unlocking the healing power that resides within us all.

As a teacher, Jason focuses on helping students recognize and harness the healing power their own bodies possess—if only they slow down, listen, and reconnect. He knows all too well how the noise of modern life can leave us feeling drained and disconnected. Maylynn Quan

Maylynn Quan is a Qigong practitioner, community leader, and photographer who helps others feel calm, connected, and strong through breathwork and intention. She runs Kids Canada, a nonprofit supporting children in Canada and Uganda with a focus on healing, cultural empowerment, and community growth. Maylynn is grateful for the guidance of Master Teresa of Pureland Qigong and Si Liew, who continue to inspire her path.

Over the years, I’ve had the honour of supporting community workers, educators, social workers and children through all kinds of challenges. I understand how important it is to have a space where you can breathe, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported — not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually too. My focus is on creating a safe, welcoming space for people who spend so much of their lives giving to others — a place where you can finally give back to yourself.

Each month NAAAP Chicago's Wellness program hosts a free session of self-care called Wellness Wednesday!

Wellness impacts so many facets of our professional and personal life. Small things can make a big difference, from music to taking a walk. So we've planned an interactive activity each month to help prepare for and deal with growing stressors! Lets share ways we can foster our own wellness and the wellness of our workplaces, community, etc!

Culturally sensitive sessions will be facilitated by our founding leader of NAAAP-Chicago Wellness - Dr. Elizabeth 방실 Smith (PsyD).
