2026 NAAAP Chicago Mentoring Program

Program Duration: May 14 – August 15, 2026

The NAAAP Chicago Mentoring Program is designed for emerging and early-to-mid career professionals who want to learn, grow, and gain guidance through meaningful mentorship.

As a mentee, you’ll be matched with an experienced professional who can offer perspective, feedback, and support as you navigate your career journey. This program provides a welcoming, community-centered environment to reflect, ask questions, and grow with intention — no matter where you are in your career.

Program Structure & Key Dates

• Program Kickoff (Virtual): May 14, 2026

• In-Person Meet & Greet: Week of May 21, 2026

• Mid-Program Check-In (Virtual): June 25, 2026

• Closing Celebration (In-Person): August 15, 2026

• Optional Casual Social Meetups (In-Person): 1–2 gatherings throughout the program

Mentors and mentees will meet at least 3 times independently throughout the program, according to mutually agreed schedules.
Dates are subject to adjustment based on the majority of participants' availability.

 This program is ideal for:

• Early to mid-career professionals
• Individuals seeking mentorship, guidance, and accountability
• Those open to learning, reflection, and active participation
• Professionals navigating growth, transition, or next steps in their careers
